Not-Fine Print

Be careful when entering photo contests!

Since I was recently granted my FAA drone license, I've received spam from a bunch of photo contests. I was about to submit to one before reading the following rules:

CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY SUBMITTING YOUR PHOTO YOU ARE AGREEING TO:

1.1 Submit an original photo that belongs solely to you, the Pilot.

1.2 Grant the copyright to your photograph to Fly4.Me;

1.3 Grant Fly4.Me the unrestricted, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, communicate, modify and display the works (in whole or in part) for any purpose without any fee or form of compensation and without further notification or permission;

1.4 Grant Fly4.Me the right to use the photograph you have submitted into the Fly4.Me Photo Contest for publishing, illustration, advertising, trade, and promotion, or any other use in any medium for any purpose of Fly4.Me.

Basically, you may win $100, but they are now the owner and creator of your image.....YEAH RIGHT!!!
